For each product you sell, every rival listing of the same thing, ranked by reviews earned, with price per millilitre or gram. Your row filled in. The shelves you are absent from listed too.
Changes
Prices, discounts, vouchers, banners, paid placements and new listings, diffed between reads. An alert when a rival moves on a shelf you sell on.
Findings
Short written readings of where you stand: the position, the numbers against named rivals, the commercial consequence, and the lever. Written for you, checked against the data.

Regulatory filings by rivals before their products list, the shelf as it stands, a suggested price, and a calculator that turns platform fees and margin into the most a product may cost to make.
How we count
Every number is read from a real page on a stated date. Nothing is modelled and nothing is bought in from a panel; where a figure is an estimate, it says so. Shopee hides unit sales above about a thousand a month, so we treat that as a threshold crossed, never as a number. One read is a level. Two reads are a movement. Nothing is called a trend until the same page has been read twice.
